Welcome to Vibe Rater. By downloading, accessing, or using the Vibe Rater mobile application or web service, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms", "EULA"). If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the application.

1. Auto-Renewable Subscriptions & Billing

Vibe Rater offers auto-renewable monthly subscription tiers that provide enhanced daily energy limits and additional features:

• Vibe Rater Pro Monthly: $0.99 per month. Includes 9 Vibe Energy and 9 Collection Energy per day.
• Vibe Rater Max Monthly: $2.99 per month. Includes 18 Vibe Energy and 9 Collection Energy per day.

Subscription Terms & Auto-Renewal:

• Payment: Payment will be charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
• Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless auto-renew is turned off or cancelled at least 24 hours prior to the end of the current billing period.
• Renewal Charges: Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period at the price indicated above.
• Managing & Cancelling: You can manage or cancel your subscriptions anytime by going to your Account Settings on the App Store after purchase (Apple Subscription Management).
• No Commitment: Any unused portion of a free trial period, if offered, will be forfeited when purchasing a subscription.

2. User Content & Conduct (Zero-Tolerance Policy)

Vibe Rater is a community platform designed for sharing and rating content. To ensure a safe and respectful environment for all users, we enforce a strict zero-tolerance policy for objectionable content or abusive behavior.

You agree that you will NOT upload, post, transmit, or share content that:

• Is defamatory, obscene, pornographic, sexually explicit, vulgar, or offensive.
• Promotes violence, discrimination, bigotry, racism, hatred, or harm against any group or individual.
• Harasses, bullies, threatens, or intimidates other users.
• Infringes on copyrights, trademarks, privacy rights, or other proprietary rights.
• Violates any applicable local, state, national, or international law.

3. Content Moderation & Account Termination

We actively protect our community by implementing:

• In-App Reporting: Users can flag or report objectionable content or abusive behavior directly in the app.
• Timely Review: Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team within 24 hours. Objectionable content will be removed immediately.
• Account Suspension & Banning: Accounts that violate these Terms or engage in abusive conduct will be immediately suspended or permanently terminated.

4. Cloud & Google Drive Storage

Vibe Rater allows users to store media via Google Cloud and optional Google Drive integration. You authorize Vibe Rater to manage media within your designated Vibe Rater storage folders. We never access personal files outside of the Vibe Rater app data.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

Vibe Rater is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. In no event shall Vibe Rater or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your access to or use of the application.
