End User License Agreement

Welcome to Vibe Rater. By using this application, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully as they contain important information about your rights and obligations.

1. Content Ownership & Responsibility

You retain ownership of the content you post, including text, images, and videos. However, by posting, you grant Vibe Rater a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and reproduce your content as necessary to provide our services.

You are solely responsible for the content you upload. You must ensure you have the necessary rights to share any media you post.

2. Prohibited Conduct

You may not use Vibe Rater for any illegal purposes. Prohibited content includes, but is not limited to:
• Harassment, bullying, or hate speech.
• Sexually explicit or pornographic material.
• Content that infringes on intellectual property rights.
• Promotion of illegal activities or violence.

3. Google Drive Integration

Vibe Rater uses Google Drive to store your media. By linking your Google Drive, you authorize Vibe Rater to create folders and manage files specifically related to your "Vibes". We do not access your private files outside of the Vibe Rater folders.

4. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these terms or is harmful to other users of the app.

5. Limitation of Liability

Vibe Rater is provided "as is" without any warranties. We are not liable for any damages resulting from your use of the application or the loss of any data stored via our services.

6. Updates to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after such changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
